Shipping policy

When will my order be processed?

All orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for order processing during holidays and sales periods.

We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 working days from the order date and shipped the day after processing. Once 8 hours have passed since placing the order, it will no longer be possible to cancel it. To return the order, you will need to wait until it arrives.

If you need to change your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is processed, we cannot make any changes.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is placed, please allow 3-5 working days for order processing. After processing, delivery will take 7-12 working days, depending on your location.

Important: The shipping company does not deliver on weekends or public holidays. If your order was processed on a Friday after midnight, it is highly likely it will only be shipped the following Monday.

We offer Priority Insured Shipping for all orders, which includes:

  • Tracking number so you can track your order every step of the way.
  • Confirmed delivery to ensure you receive your product safely and securely.
  • If your order is not delivered as expected, we will send you a FREE REPLACEMENT.
