We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email beautydiamond.fr@gmail.com.
If you need a different size or colour, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order for the desired product.
Return Requirements
For an item to qualify for a return, it must be:
Unused and in the same condition as received
In its original packaging
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Opened or used cosmetic products
Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts
Products that have been damaged, altered, or are missing parts for reasons beyond our responsibility
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Send an email to beautydiamond.fr@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If possible, include clear photos of any defects or issues.
Return Authorization: Our customer service team will respond with further instructions and the return address. In some cases, additional documentation may be required.
Return at Your Expense: You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning the item. Ensure the product is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect its condition. If the return meets our requirements, we will issue a refund accordingly. If an item is damaged due to misuse or if the wrong item is sent back, a refund will not be possible.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your package.
