Refund policy
Return Period
Customers from the United Kingdom, Europe, and international locations have 30 days from the delivery date to return their order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned in its original packaging with all labels intact
We do not accept returns for used items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds
Once we approve your return, you will receive a full refund within 7 days using the same payment method as your original purchase.
No restocking fees will be charged for returned items.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account to ensure the payment has not been processed.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email beautydiamond.fr@gmail.com.
If you need a different size or colour, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order for the desired product.

How to Initiate a Return

- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect its condition. If the return meets our requirements, we will issue a refund accordingly. If an item is damaged due to misuse or if the wrong item is sent back, a refund will not be possible.

Customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your package.
