How to Use the Mascara & Primer Kit

1. Complete your eye makeup first (eyeshadow, liner, etc.). Ensure lashes are clean and dry.
2. Apply a thin, even coat of the lash primer from root to tip, wiggling the wand to coat each lash.
3. Allow a brief moment for the primer to set.
4. Follow with the mascara, starting at the root and sweeping upwards. Add extra coats while still slightly damp to build volume and length.
5. For a more natural look, use one light coat; for a more dramatic effect, layer until you reach your desired intensity.
